We’re still a few hours away from LG’s New York event this evening where we expect to see an official unveiling of the new Nitro HD for AT&T.  Featuring a big ol’ HD display and offering support for the LTE network, this $249.99 beauty arrives in but a few days.  AT&T has put together a quick look at the Android-powered smartphone and is showing it in the Mobile Minute clip below.

This AT&T Mobile Minute presents the new Android-powered LG Nitro HD, which is available exclusively to AT&T stores on December 4, 2011. The LG Nitro HD smartphone is the third 4G LTE device available to AT&T customers. The 4.5-inch touch screen will give users a “true” HD experience, as well as lightning fast speeds on a dual-core 1.5 GHz processor. This device runs on the 4G LTE network where available.
